We hope to play a full baseball season once safe to do so. See the registration page.
This depends on when the season starts and how many kids are playing. We need to balance our teams to provide equity across a division. If we receive many cancellations or new registrations, we will have to reset rosters and practice dates.
Yes. We have a flexible refund policy and this season is no different. However, we’d ask that you wait until we have more details on the season if you’re in a position to do so.
We know this is a difficult time for many families and we are able to provide refunds if you need it. Please email
to request a refund. However, we do ask that you consider requesting only a partial refund or let us roll your fees into the next season. SBLL has spent approximately 80% of the collected registration fees on field rentals, charter fees, insurance, and field preparations for the season. If you can hold off until we have more information or we get some of our expenses refunded, that would be much appreciated. But if you need the refund because your living situation has changed, we will refund it, no questions asked.
If the season is canceled, can I donate my registration fees?
Yes! If SBLL is unable to offer a 2020 Spring season and you’d like to donate the registration fee, we can convert it to a tax-deductible donation and provide a tax letter as a 501c3 organization.
Will my sponsorship be refunded?
We truly appreciate your sponsorship. If your business is able, we’d ask that you keep the sponsorship in place for now as we are hoping to have a season. If we’re unable to honor our commitments for the 2020 spring season we will roll your sponsorship over to summer, fall ball, or next year. If you have any questions or would like a refund, please talk to your SBLL sponsorship contact or email
